• Business Sys Analyst

Educational Qualification for this Profession:

• Applicants who have completed Degree in relevant field or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Citrix Recruitment 2019

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions. Document requirements as directed by managers and senior analysts.
• Write clear, complete functional specifications for the development team under the direction of the lead.
• Effectively translate business requirements into high-level design documentation with supervision.
• Utilize experience and knowledge of sales, service, and distribution to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements.
• Manage own time and deadlines appropriately. Demonstrate the ability to accurately determine task duration and dependencies for own assignments. Communicate status updates to manager on a regular basis.
• Participate in execution, and remediation of test activities (e.g., unit, integration, user acceptance).
• Participate in issue resolution for production support issues within established SLA parameters. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize assigned issues based on business impact.
• Test the impact to data and systems resulting from projects, enhancements, and production support under the direction of the lead. Analyzes change requests and determine appropriate solutions. Supports the deployment of production systems and provides post-production support.
• Participate in the completion of project documentation per established Citrix project lifecycle methodology.
• Perform root cause analysis of business issues and work on permanent corrective action to resolve the problem.
