• Executive Spares Assistant

Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed Degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Royal Enfield Recruitment 2018.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parts order execution.
• You will execute parts order received from Channel Partners
• You will maintain database on spare parts orders and ensure timely availability of accurate data all the time.
• You will prepare MIS on parts order execution.
• Channel Partner support:
• You will ensure the implementation of spare parts processes across the channel partners.
• You will ensure that the spare parts are available to the distributors on time and support the channel partners and dealers in meeting the spare parts targets.
• You will mentor the dealership employees on inventory management and support them in achieving optimum turnover rate.
• You will support dealers on the spares ordering process and manages internal processes for on-time delivery of orders.
• You will impart knowledge to channel partners on new models and refresh knowledge on existing spare parts on a time to time basis.
• You will analyze channel partner performance and execute a strategy for performance improvement.
• Support in for Pricing, Part number updation etc for New and updated models:
• You will support in creating and maintaining the necessary documents needed by product development, finance and materials team for export of spare parts.
• You will ensure all part details are accurately maintained in relevant documents and SAP.
• You will interact with product development, sourcing, materials and warehouse team for support in the timely delivery of orders.
