Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed BE/ B.Tech -Automobile, Mechanical, Production Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Hero MotoCorp Recruitment 2018.

Job Description:

• Manage the production in engine assembly in the shifts through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient & seamless operations & achieve production targets, quality, delivery, safety. Employee engagement & timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving shift wise engine assembly production targets with desired product mix & to fulfill SPD requirements as per plan.
• Analyze & take effective countermeasures to reduce internal as well as external customer complaints by focussing on incoming, in-process & assembly defects to provide defect-free engines.
• To control rejection, consumable, direct, indirect tool costs by optimum utilization of all resources to achieve manufacturing cost targets.
• To drive improvement & employee engagement programmes on TPM framework and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency of the section in the safe working environment.
• To develop competency of team members to meet current and future manufacturing standards.
