Responsibilities:

• Network with Planning dept for MPCS Schedules for finishes/Interior works
• Aware of the contact documents – Technical Specs, Contract conditions, Drawings, BOQ
• Schedule of approvals –Vendor, Shop drawings, Materials, Methodology, Mock Up
• Material management – Procurement & Reconciliation
• Setting up work procedures, Check lists, protocols, resolving discrepancies
• Team management – Assigning Tasks & Monitoring
• Vendor management
• Coordination with related trades & services
• Adhere to targets on Safety, Time, Cost & above all Quality
• Target on innovations, avoid reworks & revisits, wastage control, Good house keeping
• Inputs to Planning dept on Revisions, changes affecting Cost & Time schedule
• Snags/NCR – Attendance & rectification
• Handing over, setting team for DLP & contract closure formalities.
• Documentation of vital records
