Responsibilities:

Research and investigate information quickly and need to view the information from alternative perspectives
Provide efficient and accurate resolution of issues and asking the right questions
Dedicatedly research and evaluate each seller account to provide accurate information, appropriate education and resolution to their specific violation, problem or concern, and successfully be able to balance eBay expectations with customer expectations
Coach sellers with the accurate analysis
Monitor seller performance and give appropriate inputs for Seller Growth
Collaborate with peer group and work cross-functionally
Support trust and risk policy team to test new risk modules and provide feedback to optimize risk modules
Maintain performance standards based on productivity and quality (Accuracy)
Be a mentor to new hires and others
Have the ability to assess seller’s business model, set-up in order to tailor solutions and support seller align their business model to eBay’s
