• Design Engineer

Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed a Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Ingersoll Rand 2018

Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience with Creo and Creo Schematics.
• Identifying customer requirements, designing systems and products.
• Gather harness design objectives and requirements.
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
• Develop harness design solutions within a CAD environment, and adhere to internal design standards and requirements.
• Able to make a selection of wires, terminals, connectors for other electrical devices.
• Establish a local design capability for electrical wiring, designing harnesses to schematics provided by program teams.
• Will have to perform Electrical network analysis, a component selection such as connectors/Terminals, wire size, fuse, etc.
• Familiar with applying industry standards for cable and harness designs.
