Qualification:

• Candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized Institute for British Telecom Recruitment 2018.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operational management incident management and case resolution.
• Provisioning of storage (Storage device selection/creation, LUNs, SMB/CIFS Shares,
• Volumes, Aggregates, Quotas to client specifications/design.)
• Manage and deploy LUNS and Volumes from NetApp Filers to multiple servers using the iSCSI initiator/NFS/CIFS/Fibre Channel.
• Provide on-call support & day-to-day troubleshooting related issues/ performance/network or capacity.
• Decommission Servers / Applications and remove from the SAN array/Filer, i.e. dismounting the storage from the Servers, un-exporting the devices, clean up the underlying storage.
• Ability to raise support cases through NetApp / EMC / HP / IBM Support sites from start to end.
• Working with a service provider and vendors to resolve hardware issues.
