• To organise and supervise employee welfare work.

• Ensure smooth interface with the Environment and the Government authorities.
• Responsible and Accountable for all Labour related Statutory Compliance for internal and outsourced labour.
• Interface and negotiate with vendors related to HR department work like Canteen, Transport, Uniforms, etc.
