• Advance Production system –Hardware Design

Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed Degree in automation and controls systems engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Boeing 2018

Responsibilities:

• Documenting results of R&D and business support projects.
• Providing inputs for periodic updates and reviews in the form of progress reports and project summaries.
• Test components and integrated solutions to ensure system reliability and flawless launch.
• Work with talented technologists and high-performance assembly and automation teams responsible for developing hardware and software standards.
• Provide technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources in conjunction with the standardization team.
• Incorporate lessons learned into enterprise standards and designs.
• Devise and implement cost savings initiatives.
• Support development of technology application solutions.
• Work with a cross-functional global team to define and drive controls standardization across the enterprise.
• The position will require occasional travel within India and internationally

Skills:

• Be a self-starter who is not afraid to proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.
• Demonstrate strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and familiar with MS Office tools.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude and highest ethics
• Be able to think proactively and work collaboratively with very strong teaming skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours to interface with Boeing personnel around the world.
• High level of analytical skill with proven ability to solve technical problems, with demonstrated professional performance in a related area(s).
• Demonstrates an excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and stakeholders to solve problems and resolve issues.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage teams of people/projects and assignments with the highest level of autonomy and accountability for results
• Demonstrates initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve output and/or help others
• Proven ability in project management skills and ability to teach others
• Ability to travel domestically and globally
