• Develop and circulate regular communications on the status of the respective program
• Gather insights regularly from the practitioner community, depending on the context of the program
• Develop (or co-develop) tools and frameworks needed for the smooth and scalable execution of programs
• Build and cultivate deep relationships with respective counterparts in other cross-functional teams
• Position our operations as the ‘Center of Excellence’ for the Quality and Knowledge Management functions
