- Gather insights regularly from the practitioner community, depending on the context of the program
- Develop (or co-develop) tools and frameworks needed for the smooth and scalable execution of programs
- Build and cultivate deep relationships with respective counterparts in other cross-functional teams
- Position our operations as the ‘Center of Excellence’ for the Quality and Knowledge Management functions
