• Assistant Accountant Officer: Officers holding analogous or same post working various Central/State Govt on regular basis or officers who have qualified in JAO/SAS or equivalent examination and working as JAOs(AAOs) or Jr./Sr.Accountants/ Auditors/ Sr.Auditors/ Clerks who have qualified in JAO/SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Departments of Central/ State Government with 5 years of regular service in the grade as on the date of notification.
• Junior Accountants (Group ‘C’): Officials holding analogous posts in Central/ StateGovt. Depts/ Ministries or LDC with 8 years of regular service or UDCs with 3 years of regular service and having overall good performance.
• Lower Division Clerks (Group ‘C’): Officials holding analogous posts in Central/ StateGovt. Depts/ Ministries/Autonomous Bodies and having overall good performance.

Age Limit:

• Age Limit Should not exceed 56 Years
• SC/ST Categories: 05 Years
• OBC Candidates: 03 Years
• Ex-Service Men: As per the Govt Rules.
