Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed B.E degree or equivalent experience relevant to a functional area of software engineering or related experience or equivalent from a recognized Institute for DELL 2018

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing Order allocated to an agent by contacting sales, customer both over phone and email systems.
• Understand various kinds of documents that are required depending on a location of the customer or kind of schemes customer is registered.
• Engage with customers, sales team, work with external vendors ( Logistics service provider )
• Ensure the required documents are collected from the customer and share them with back-end team.
• Ensure utmost safety of Customers legal documents.
• Co-ordinate effectively with back-end team and ensure orders status are closed in the tool
• Engage with other team members and be able to support team member in times of distress or back up team members during an emergency.
• Fully responsible for Customer Satisfaction and feedback for improvement.

Desired Profile:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in handling Customer care experience and
• 1 year of logistics experience would be added advantage.
• Strong leadership behavior and drive for results
• Excellent telephone and communication skills -English Language.
• Ability to communicate to all levels within an organization
• Strong customer service ethic and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• Goal/Career oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Linux is required.
• Knowledge of storage domain is plus.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages is must
