Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed Engineering Graduate or equivalent from a recognized Institute for L&T 2018

Responsibilities:

• Aware of the contract documents – Technical Specs, Contract conditions, Drawings, BOQ
• Schedule of approvals & Certification –Design, Shop drawings, Materials, Methodology, Mock Up
• Material management – Procurement & Reconciliation
• Resource management – Competent in mobilizing skilled manpower & labor contracting team
• Value Engineering – Ability in proposing cost-effective & time-saving suggestions.
• Setting up work procedures, Checklists, protocols, resolving discrepancies
• Team management – Assigning Tasks & Monitoring
• Vendor management
• Better liaison with clients
• Interfacing, networking & coordinating with related trades & services
• Adhere to and insist on Safety, Time, Cost & above all Quality targets set
• Target on innovations, avoid reworks & revisits, wastage control, Good Housekeeping
• Monitoring and tracking of activities in a sequential stage as per the schedule and highlighting the backlogs, if any.
• Inputs to the Planning Dept. on Revisions, changes affecting Cost & Time schedule
• Snags/NCR – Attendance & rectification
• Handing over, setting team for DLP & contract closure formalities
• Documentation of vital records
